As a former diplomat, I’ve traveled the world, living and working across countless cultures from Peru to Pakistan. As a CPA, my focus was always on finances, but the deepest challenges were never the numbers; they were always in how teams interact, learn, grow and excel.

This drove me to pursue “leadership trainings” but I really didn’t feel I had the complete puzzle until I found coaching. My coaching approach takes a holistic view of the whole person, across their objectives, their mental focus on them, and how their heart drives their success.

• Objectives: We uncover true objectives and the motivation behind them. As an IPEC Certified Professional Coach, I have deep training and experience in rooting out our true paths to success.

• Mind: We work with proven mindfulness techniques to overcome mental blocks. As a Unified Mindfulness Certified Mindfulness Coach, I come with proven capacities to train the mind towards human happiness.

• Heart: We understand how our emotions drive us and how to transmute them into a powerful ally rather than an emotional slog. As a HeartMath Institute Certified Trainer, I offer proven techniques that align our hearts and minds through coherence.

I love to coach through metaphor. Human beings just have a better grasp of how things work when we talk in story form. The scientific and psychological underpinnings are important (essential, even), but we don’t tend to engage unless it also has a gripping plot. Because we are emotional beings with thinking minds, not the other way around, I focus on how to touch the heart to guide our thinking, which offers a much deeper and more transformative path to solutions than the other way around.
